1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • The request is made within 60 days of the delivery date of your order.
  • The product is returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The product is not a "final sale" item. Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page and are ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Us: Send an email to service@reripato.site with your order number, the reason for the refund request, and clear photos of the product (if applicable, e.g., to show damage or defects).
  1. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
  1. Return the Product: Ship the product to the address provided, including the RA number on the package. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the refund is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product (and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD) to the original payment method used for the purchase. This includes credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other payment processors.
  • The timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your bank or payment processor. Some institutions may take additional time to process the refund, but this is outside of our control.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may issue a partial refund. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Products returned with minor damage or missing tags (at our discretion, based on the condition of the item).
  • Products returned after the 60-day window but within 90 days of delivery (only if the delay was due to extraordinary circumstances, approved by our team).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products returned after the 60-day window (unless approved for a partial refund as noted above).
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

6. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or item), please contact us at service@reripato.site within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will:
  • Arrange for a free return shipping label.
  • Process a full refund (including original shipping costs, if applicable) once we receive the damaged/defective item.
  • Optionally, send a replacement product at no additional cost (if available).

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately at service@reripato.site. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return and refund process outlined above.
