  • We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order if there are issues with payment verification, product availability, or address accuracy. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for all destinations is 6–12 business days. This timeline applies to both domestic and international shipments.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at service@reripato.site within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist in investigating the issue.
  • For damaged shipments, please contact us at service@reripato.site within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund (in accordance with our Refund Policy) once we verify the damage.
